*Includes all materials, curing, and packaging.
*Finished products cannot be taken home on the day of the class. The studio will cut, cure for 4-6 weeks, test, and package your soap for you. We will notify you when it's ready for pickup or shipment! (If shipping is preferred, please pay the $100 shipping fee on the day of the class.)
Finished Product:

(Finished products cannot be taken home on the day of the class as they require 4-6 weeks of curing.)

? Essential oil types and materials are subject to availability on-site.
? Each session is open for enrollment with a minimum of one participant. The maximum class size is 4. If the minimum enrollment of 1 participant is not met three days before the scheduled activity date, Qing Handmade Soap reserves the right to cancel the session and offer you a reschedule or a refund.
? As we need 3 days to prepare materials before the event, cancellations made within 3 days prior to the activity will not be eligible for a refund.
? If you need to reschedule the class, please notify us 3 days in advance. Failure to do so will incur a material preparation fee of $300 NTD.
? Only registered participants are allowed. Non-participants are not permitted to accompany or participate.
? Entry is allowed 10 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
? Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violation will be the responsibility of the participant.
? In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
? If participation is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to Qing Handmade Soap, no refund will be issued.
? If the class is suspended due to force majeure events, Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund. In case of a typhoon, the class cancellation and refund standards will be based on the announcements of the event location, regardless of the participant's location.
? The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on Qing Handmade Soap's social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
