The fee includes: 925 Sterling Silver material, course fee, use of metalworking tools, and studio space.
Experience Duration: Approximately 2 hours, varying slightly based on the chosen design and on-site conditions.

1. Introduction to metalworking tools & guidance and demonstrations by our professional metalworking instructor.
2. Measuring your size.
3. Crafting your piece using sterling silver material through sawing, filing, and shaping.
4. Creating surface textures with various tools.
5. Soldering and shaping.
6. Polishing and finishing.
7. Receive a commemorative certificate upon completion to capture your beautiful moments and memories.

. After payment, Pinkoi will provide a confirmation email; no physical tickets will be mailed. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details on the day of your session for entry.
. Materials provided for the handmade experience are for individual creation; sharing one set of materials between two people is not permitted.
. Cancellations due to personal reasons are subject to a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If the rescheduled date incurs a price difference, the additional amount will be paid or refunded accordingly.
. Cancellations after a date change are subject to a 30% handling fee.
. Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity.
Handmade experiences include the basic crafting of your piece.
Optional enhancements will be handled by a professional metalworking artist after the initial creation. Your piece cannot be taken home immediately on the same day.
The crafting process typically takes 20–30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will be notified once your piece is ready for pickup or shipping.
