Our candles are made with natural soy wax and imported fragrance oils. The fragrance oils are IFRA certified, making them safe for pregnant women, children, and pets. · Production begins after your order is placed. Shipping will take 4-10 business days, processed in order of receipt. · As each candle is hand-colored, slight variations may occur. (Colors may also appear differently on various phone screens.) · Our candles are made with natural and eco-friendly wax. Surface frosting, color variations, minor air bubbles, and uneven surfaces are normal characteristics of natural wax and do not affect the product's quality. Please consider this if you are seeking absolute perfection. · Orders totaling less than $150 (excluding shipping) will not be processed. · If you require separate packaging, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, all items will be packaged together. · When burning pillar candles without a container, please use a candle holder, plate, or paper to catch the melted wax. · For products with a "whipped cream" effect, color bleeding may occur, which is a normal phenomenon. · Candles are fragile items.
