Due to variations in leather availability and natural grain patterns, if a significant flaw is found on the leather or if it is damaged during production, making it unsuitable for large panels, both parties will agree to a full refund. **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** This studio exclusively uses Italian/European vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike synthetic or coated leathers that appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique markings and characteristics acquired during the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and veins. These are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches acquired during processing, shipping, or production, as long as they do not compromise the leather's integrity, are also considered normal. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these minor imperfections, except for major damage. This is the inherent characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, lending each piece its unique charm. **/ Color Variations /** Please note that screen displays can cause color variations. Furthermore, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to variations in production, storage time, and even different parts of the same hide affecting dye absorption. No Returns or Exchanges) This is a "made-to-order" custom item. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to the designer's choice for stitching color and a blank surface for embossing. As each item is custom-made, it cannot be resold to others. Therefore, we cannot change the stitching or re-emboss text after completion. Consequently, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This includes reasons such as the fit being too loose/tight, perceived roughness in leather/workmanship, color inaccuracy, dissatisfaction with texture, or not meeting expectations.
