・If you are unable to attend after completing payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system, with a 30% deduction of the ticket price to cover all incurred expenses. As the designer needs ten days prior to prepare materials, refunds and exchanges are not permitted within ten days before the event.
・To support epidemic prevention measures, please wear a mask. Your temperature will be taken before entry. Entry is permitted only if your temperature is below 37 degrees Celsius and you have completed hand sanitization with alcohol.
・In the spirit of environmental protection, only recycled bags will be provided for the event.
・If you need to reschedule, please send a private message to the designer to arrange a new date and time.
・Participants should adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the lecturer. Participants will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Ocean Art Lab will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・If you choose to withdraw from the activity for reasons not attributable to Ocean Art Lab, no refund will be issued.
・In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters, Ocean Art Lab will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund. In the event of a typhoon, the standards for class commencement and refunds will be based on the announcements of the event's location, regardless of the participant's location.
・Ocean Art Lab may take photos and videos during the event for event records or future promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
