We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection services for diamond jewelry. Please visit any of our 27 King Star Diamond stores during operating hours (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, subject to change as announced on the official King Star Diamond website).
**Repair Services**
Within six months of purchase, free repairs will be provided for damage not caused by external force. Damages resulting from pulling, pressure, or impact during wear, such as breakage, deformation, scratches, or diamond loss, are considered damage caused by external force and will incur a repair fee.
**Packaging**
Each piece of diamond jewelry you purchase comes with a brand gift box, a shopping bag, a diamond polishing cloth, and a brand certificate of authenticity.
**Important Note**
Some of our jewelry is made from 10K gold, which has a lower gold content than 18K. If you experience skin sensitivities when wearing jewelry, we recommend choosing 18K gold pieces.
