Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect spots, growth lines, veins, etc. These marks are not flaws. Minor impressions or scratches may occur during processing, transportation, and crafting; these are considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major imperfections. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfection of machine-produced items but possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather develops personal scratches and marks, deepens in color, and gains a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. ► Color Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Secondly, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches due to varying stock times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from subsequent orders will not be identical. Please refer to the actual product. ► About Customization This item is made to order as a "customized product." Please specify your "embossing text and font" when ordering. If no specification is provided, it will be assumed that you agree to have the "embossed text" area left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold or re-embossed for others. Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have a trial period and cannot be returned or exchanged.
