Items will be shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends, starting from the day after your order. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeline before ordering. The product is crafted using a wet-molding technique, which requires 2-4 days for air-drying. While surface imperfections may not be obvious on the flat leather, they can become more pronounced once the leather is molded into a three-dimensional shape. If significant flaws are present, the piece will be remade. Specify Hot Stamping Content in Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English characters can be freely arranged. Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the possibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty of achieving perfectly uniform heat distribution on each character with the hot stamping machine, especially with many or all-uppercase characters, foil may peel off. This is an unavoidable aspect of the process. Please consider your chosen text carefully. 2. The hot stamping add-on service covers a single line of text only. It does not include stamping on the back or multiple lines. 3. This item is made to order. Production time varies depending on the size and quantity of the item. Typically, items are shipped within 10 business days (excluding weekends). 4. The leather itself has natural grain patterns and may show marks from the cow's life, such as scars or insect bites. Please proceed with your order only if you find these natural characteristics acceptable. 5. All product photos are actual representations. However, color variations may occur due to computer monitor settings and lighting conditions. The actual product color is the final reference. 6.
