(A 30-minute buffer time for finishing is provided for each class.)

Inform us of your name, registration date, and chosen class, and request the color chart so we can prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure quality instruction, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving early to prevent waiting.
(Participants aged 10-14 require one parent to accompany them throughout the workshop and assist with crafting. No additional fee is charged for co-creation.)
* To maintain the learning experience for all students, latecomers will not receive individual explanations. Please do not be late, as it may disrupt the ongoing class. For the benefit of other participants, latecomers arriving more than 10 minutes past the start time will not be admitted and will need to reschedule.
* Food and drinks are not permitted in the studio. You may bring a covered beverage, but please be mindful of spills.
* The workshop will be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make arrangements to avoid filming you. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of images and videos featuring your likeness and work.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Once a course is booked, cancellations, refunds, and same-day rescheduling are not permitted. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is allowed once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather-related: Government-issued work or school closures in your area.
2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness
4. Special Circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.
