・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing the order and checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical ticket will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Unpaid orders will not be included in the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Private Schools" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Tutoring Classes" announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted within 2 months of the original class date. Please proactively inform us of your preferred new session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the right to reschedule, and a refund will be the only option.
・For cancellations or reschedulings on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be granted, as materials and seating arrangements will have already been prepared by the instructor. No-shows will be considered a forfeiture.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account holder name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・This event is open to individuals aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Accompanying individuals without tickets are not permitted to join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the craft or if there are special circumstances for parent-child participation. Please call the store in advance to inquire about such cases.
・If the minimum number of participants is not met two days before the scheduled start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a rescheduling option or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft studio. This workshop includes unlimited self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are required to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for recording and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. These images, which may include your likeness, may be used for event documentation or other recruitment and promotional activities.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
