There may be slight color variations due to different computer and mobile displays. Please be mindful of this before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. • In case of unavailability of certain floral materials, our floral artist will substitute them with other suitable alternatives. • Each purchase includes a string of lights, gift box packaging, and a paper bag. • Customization is available, please feel free to inquire. • If you require urgent delivery, please contact us first to check availability. • Due to the fragile nature of preserved flowers, they are susceptible to breakage. All shipments will be sent via courier service. • For any other needs such as group classes, custom classes, corporate workshops, long-term courses, or other requests, please send us a private message. We will respond to you as soon as possible. | Care Instructions | • Please place in a well-ventilated, dry area away from direct sunlight. Humid environments can cause preserved flower petals to appear translucent, while dried flowers may develop mold. Direct sunlight can accelerate color fading. • If preserved flower petals appear translucent, you can restore them by using a dehumidifier or desiccant. • Bright or dark colors of preserved flowers, such as red or black, can easily stain other floral materials. When displayed, try to avoid placing them directly against walls or wooden boards to prevent staining. Please consider this before purchasing. • If there is dust on the flowers, gently brush it off with a small brush. | Shipping Notes | • Some items are available in stock at our physical store. If you need an item urgently, please inquire first. If the item is in stock at the store, it will be shipped before 4:00 PM on the same day and you can expect to receive it the next day (excluding Sundays. If shipped on Saturday, delivery will be postponed to Monday).
