This process results in a "lightness," "softness," and a relaxed, natural texture that allows you to enjoy "aging" rather than "deterioration." Woven on shuttle looms over a century old in Kurashiki, inevitable "weaving flaws" may appear, sometimes resembling loose threads. While these are unavoidable with older machinery, we diligently inspect each piece at the factory, take care to avoid them during cutting, and use them in inconspicuous areas if found. However, due to the nature of the machinery, complete elimination is not possible.
