You will need to pay the difference on-site after selecting your desired blown glass item! Please chat with us to confirm your glass blowing session time first, and then book your painting time on the day of your experience ❤

▲All sessions are by appointment only. Please message us to confirm your preferred time slot before placing an order.
▲Students may select their desired package and colors. Each package allows for up to six colors. Additional colors are available for a fee (NT. 50 per additional color, and so on).
▲Glass painting sessions are limited to a maximum of 2 hours. Exceeding this time will incur a venue fee of NT. 100 per half hour.
▲Before the session begins, detailed instructions on using the glass paints and the curing process will be provided, along with assistance throughout.
▲Parent-child creative sessions are welcome (ages 4 and up). As glass paints can be challenging to control, parental supervision and assistance are essential for parent-child workshops.
▲After painting, the pieces require a week to air dry before firing. Collection will be available one week after the session.
▲Collection methods: In-store pickup or delivery
1. In-store pickup: Collect your piece from the store counter one week after your painting session.
2. Delivery within Taiwan: A shipping fee of NT. 120-300 will be charged based on the number of items.
3. International Express EMS: Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and quantity. Please inquire with our staff.
▲The studio reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors.
▲Please ensure you collect all personal belongings and dispose of any trash before leaving the premises.
▲A cleaning deposit will be collected upon on-site registration and refunded after inspection by staff upon departure.
▲If you choose the 'Glass Blowing Experience + Painting Package,' it requires two separate visits. Please book your glass blowing session in advance.

ข้อควรระวัง:
1. It is recommended to finalize your chosen material and design before painting to avoid unnecessary waste of paint.
2. During the painting process, if extensive modifications are required due to personal reasons, leading to excessive paint wastage, an additional material fee may be charged.
3. If a purchased item is accidentally broken by the customer during the painting process, the workshop will not be held responsible.
4. Please refrain from walking around or running during the session to ensure the comfort of others.
5. Some colors may naturally change hue after firing; this is a normal occurrence.
6. In the event of damage to your work during firing due to unforeseen circumstances, the workshop will provide compensation equivalent to its value.
Cancellation Policy
* Cancellations made 7 days or more before the activity (excluding the activity day) will receive a full refund.
* Cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the activity (excluding the activity day) will incur a 50% service fee.
* Cancellations made 3 days or less before the activity, including the activity day, are not accepted and will not be refunded.
* No refunds will be issued if participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer.
* In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Kuns Crystal will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
* All times mentioned are based on the time the customer contacts us through any platform to request a cancellation.
* Service fees for cancellations will be rounded to the nearest New Taiwan Dollar.
Rescheduling Policy
* Dates can be rescheduled once, up to 4 days before the activity (excluding the activity day).
* Rescheduling is only applicable to activities of the same price and package, and can only be moved to available slots shown on the calendar. Rescheduled activities are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
* Rescheduling is not permitted from 3 days before the activity up to the activity day.
* To change the number of participants, please inquire with the workshop at least 4 days prior to the activity.
* All times mentioned are based on the time the customer submits a rescheduling request to Kuns Crystal through any contact platform.
Kuns Crystal Glass Workshop reserves the right of final interpretation.
