▲The maximum duration of the painting course is 2 hours, and an additional venue fee of 100 yuan will be charged for every half hour overtime.
▲Before the start of the painting course, we will explain how to operate glass paint and the time required for fixing the color of the paint, and provide assistance.
▲Parents and children (aged 4 and above) are welcome to create together in the painting class. Because glass painting pigments are difficult to control, parents must be present to assist in the parent-child class.

1. Self-pickup: You can pick it up at the store counter one week after the painting class ends.

3. If the sold goods are accidentally broken during the drawing process, the studio will not be responsible.
4. Avoid walking around, running or jumping randomly during the course to avoid affecting the rights and interests of others.
5. It is normal for some pigments to change color after firing.
6. If the work is damaged due to force majeure during the firing process, the workshop will provide equivalent compensation.
Cancellation method
* If canceled with notice 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a full refund will be issued.
* If canceled within 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a handling fee of 50% will be charged.
* No cancellations will be accepted from 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date) to the same day, and no refund will be given.
* If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given.
* If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Kun Crystal will proactively contact us for an extension or refund.
* The above time is based on the time when consumers contact us through each platform to indicate their intention to cancel.
* Cancellation fee is calculated based on rounding to the nearest dollar (New Taiwan Dollar).
Change method
* The date can be changed once 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date).
* Rescheduling is limited to the same activity plan with the same price, and can only be changed to an open bookable period on the calendar. Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted for rescheduled events.
* Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the same day.
* If you want to change the number of people, you must contact the workshop at least 4 days before the departure date.
