⚠ When ordering the "Blowing Experience + Painting Package" on this page, the price does not include the blowing experience fee. You will need to pay the difference on-site after selecting your desired blowing piece! Please chat with us to confirm your blowing experience time before ordering, and then book your painting session for the same day of your experience ❤.

▲ Sessions are by appointment only. Please message us to confirm your preferred time before placing an order.
▲ Participants can choose their preferred package and colors. Each package allows up to six colors. Additional colors incur extra charges (NT$50 per additional color, and so on).
▲ The painting session is a maximum of 2 hours. Exceeding this time will incur a venue fee of NT$100 per half hour.
▲ Before each session, there will be an explanation on how to use the glass painting pigments and details on the time required for pigment setting. Assistance will be provided throughout.
▲ Parent-child participation is welcome (ages 4+). As glass painting pigments can be tricky to control, parents must provide assistance throughout the session.
▲ After painting, the pieces need to dry before firing. They can be collected one week after the session.
▲ Collection Methods: In-store pickup or delivery
1. In-store pickup: Collect from the counter one week after the painting session.
2. Delivery within Taiwan: Shipping fees range from NT$120 to NT$300, depending on the number of items.
3. International EMS: Shipping fees vary by destination country and number of items. Please inquire with our staff.

▲ Please be mindful of your personal belongings and take your trash with you when leaving.
▲ A cleaning deposit will be collected for on-site registration and refunded after inspection by staff upon departure.
▲ If you choose the 'Blowing Experience + Painting Course', it requires two separate visits. Please book your blowing experience session in advance.

ข้อควรระวัง:
1. It is recommended to find your desired material and composition before painting to avoid wasting pigments.
2. During the painting process, if large-scale revisions are needed due to personal reasons, resulting in excessive pigment waste, an additional material fee will be charged.
3. If a purchased item is accidentally broken by the customer during the painting process, the workshop is not responsible.
4. Please refrain from walking around or running during the class to avoid disturbing others.
5. Some pigments may change color after firing, which is a normal phenomenon.
6. In the event of damage to the artwork during firing due to force majeure, the workshop will provide compensation of equivalent value.
Cancellation Policy
* Cancellations notified 7 days prior to the start date (excluding the start date) are eligible for a full refund.
* Cancellations notified between 6 to 4 days prior to the start date (excluding the start date) will incur a 50% service fee.
* Cancellations notified from 3 days prior to the start date up to the start date are not accepted, and no refund will be issued.
* If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer during the activity, no refund will be issued.
* In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Kuns Crystal will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
* The aforementioned times are based on the time the customer contacts us through various platforms to express their intention to cancel.
* Service fees for cancellations are calculated to the nearest New Taiwan Dollar.
Rescheduling Policy
* Dates can be changed once up to 4 days prior to the start date (excluding the start date).
* Rescheduling is only permitted for activities of the same price and package, and only to available, bookable slots on the calendar. Rescheduled activities are non-refundable.
* Changes to dates are not accepted from 3 days prior to the start date up to the start date.
* If you wish to change the number of participants, you must inquire with the workshop at least 4 days prior to the start date.
* The aforementioned times are based on the time the customer applies for order changes through Kuns Crystal's various contact platforms.
Kuns Crystal Glass Workshop reserves the final right of interpretation.
