If you mind, please think carefully before placing an order. ▍Usage precautions For hygiene reasons, disinfect ear needles or Clip-On with alcohol pads before wearing them. Silver , Bronze and wires should avoid contact with moisture and other chemicals, and do not apply excessive force to the main body of the jewelry to cause damage. ▍Maintenance method Silver and Bronze can be wiped with a Silver wiping cloth to restore the metallic luster; pearls and Stone can be partially cleaned with neutral soapy water. After wearing it on the same day, it is recommended to wipe it lightly with a dry cloth and then store it in a zipper bag to keep it dry to reduce resistance and oxidation stains. You can also leave it to us for maintenance regularly. ▍After-sales service All products have a 6-month warranty, which only covers deformation, detachment, and breakage of ear pins or Clip-On. Main material repairs and round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser. An appointment for in-person repair is required, so please inquire in advance for the time. The above warranty will not be provided if the damage is determined to be obvious due to improper and violent use. ▍Instructions for returns and exchanges Except for shipment errors or obvious defects, earrings are strictly for hygiene reasons and will not be returned or exchanged. Other items will only be exchanged once for size issues. If there are no other sizes in stock, exchanges will not be possible, and the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer. If you need to return or exchange goods, please submit the application within the 7-day appreciation period after receiving the goods, and send back the packaging and contents completely.
