Consider carefully before purchasing if you are concerned about these variations. ▍ Care Instructions For hygiene, please disinfect ear studs or clips with an alcohol wipe before wearing. Avoid exposing silver, brass, and wires to moisture and chemicals. Do not apply excessive force, pressure, or pull forcefully on the main body of the jewelry, as this may cause damage. ▍ Maintenance Silver and brass can be polished with a silver polishing cloth to restore their luster. For pearls and gemstones, use a slightly dampened cloth with neutral soap water for cleaning. After wearing each day, it is recommended to gently wipe with a dry cloth before storing in a ziplock bag to keep it dry and prevent oxidation and tarnishing. You can also send it to us for periodic maintenance. ▍ After-Sales Service All products come with a 6-month warranty covering deformation, detachment, or breakage of ear studs or clips. For repairs of main components, the buyer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Appointment for in-person repairs is required; please inquire about availability in advance. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service in cases of evident damage due to improper or forceful use. ▍ Returns and Exchanges Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of shipping errors or obvious defects.
