Once the key is inserted, it is normal for the parts of the case without stitching to not fit perfectly flush. However, as the product is used, the leather will gradually soften, and the fit will become better. It will look better and cooler with age! ⚠️ Please note that it is normal for the seamless areas of the case to not fit perfectly flush (due to the absence of stitching)!! This will make daily use more secure and prevent the screws from loosening easily! However, we cannot repair wear and tear, scratches, color fading from use, or damage caused by contact with alcohol or cleaning agents. ☆ Animals, during their growth, may acquire marks such as injuries from falls, insect bites, vaccinations, or owner's brands. These leave traces on their skin, which are natural markings. Similarly, different parts of the leather will have different textures. It is inevitable that leather products will have such scars and grain marks; these are unique characteristics of genuine leather. If you cannot accept this, please do not order. ☆ Regarding color variations: Each piece of leather may have color differences due to the animal's growth, origin, breed, and tanning process. There may also be color discrepancies in product photos. If you cannot accept these conditions, please do not order. ☆ The colored leather used by Tea Leather is hand-dyed, so each batch may not be exactly the same. If you are concerned about leather color variations, please do not order. However, this is also part of the charm of unique, handmade dyeing. Please only order if you can accept this aspect. ☆ White Wax Series: The White Wax series involves applying a layer of white wax to the leather. With daily use, the wax will gradually wear off naturally, giving it a more vintage look. ☆ Chestnut Series: The Chestnut series uses vegetable-tanned brown leather. Each piece of leather will have slight color variations. During production, we will create a similar color scheme based on the chestnut tone you prefer during our discussion (exact replication is not possible). Please only order if you can accept this. ☆☆ Daruma Series - Hand-Applied Gold and Color: The gold and color applied to the Daruma doll's body are done by hand, stroke by stroke. There will be some visible handmade quality in the coloring, so please only proceed with engraving if you accept this aesthetic. ☆ It is normal for some of the gold to wear off slightly with daily use; the gold finish will still be visible. ☆ Hand-carving is done one letter at a time directly onto the leather. There will be some handmade feel to the engraving. It will not be as perfectly uniform as machine engraving. Please only order if you accept this aesthetic. ☆⚠️⚠️ Do not use any cleaning agents containing alcohol, bleach, detergents, solvents, polishes, or waxes. These products will cause the leather surface to harden, fade, and significantly shorten the lifespan of the leather. ☆ In daily use, if the leather comes into contact with oil or grease, it will leave deeper marks that cannot be restored to their original appearance. Therefore, please avoid exposing the leather surface to oil or grease during daily use. ☆ Daily contact with water: Rainwater or splashes from washing hands are not a concern. Water marks are normal traces of daily use. As the leather naturally changes with use, it will gradually darken.
