The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for waiting time. If you require the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for stock availability or to see if we can accommodate an earlier production schedule. Items processed by our factory generally require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced above NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (an additional purchase is required for items under NT$2,000). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple purchases will be packaged with minimal, unified wrapping (items that come with a box will still include one).
