3. Your reservation is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm the date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company invoice with a Tax ID, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
