If there is no contact, the studio will provide matching teaching, and color changing services will not be accepted on that day.

3. If you are unable to attend class due to personal reasons, processing/refund methods:

B. Classes are optional. Please place an order on Pinkoi and inform us of the class time via email on the site.
4. Courses are by appointment only. If you need to transfer courses or cancel temporarily, please communicate three days in advance. No refunds will be given for temporary cancellations or unexcused absences the day before the course (from 0:00). ★★
