This is our most classic signature activity. There is no standard answer to cooking, no right or wrong, no distinction between teachers and students. It all depends on how everyone creates the dining experience together.
✅《Co-cooking Canteen》 is a social space for cooking, providing basic cooking guidance and atmosphere shaping. We mainly provide two major values:
1. It provides a place for those who want to cook but don’t have the utensils or space to do so.
2. Create an atmosphere and space for participants to cooperate and learn from each other, and learn each other’s cooking tips.
✅About the selection of ingredients for cooking together
1. Mainly use seasonal organic vegetables and ingredients from Taiwan. You will know what ingredients are available on the day.
2. The amount of food prepared for each event will be based on the actual number of registrants, so please be sure to register in advance~
