Delivery Service Description § We provide professional delivery and in-home placement services. § The product price does not include delivery fees or floor fees, which are to be paid directly to the delivery personnel. § A fee of $200 applies for designated holiday deliveries, and $700 for designated date deliveries. These are to be paid on-site to the delivery personnel. § In cases of force majeure such as adverse weather, difficult terrain, or restrictions in remote areas, the company reserves the right to determine whether to proceed with delivery. We appreciate your understanding. § Delivery is by appointment. Once a schedule is confirmed, please do not request last-minute changes. Any unapproved changes to the installation date will incur a $1000 fee. If personnel have already departed, changing the installation time will incur a $3000 empty trip fee.
