We cannot replicate famous characters, cartoon figures, or other existing product designs. . You can submit your own drawings for assessment of feasibility. "Custom Text Addition" . Limited to 7 characters (including spaces). . Due to the nature of handmade wool felt punching, complex Chinese characters with many strokes are difficult to create. Please contact us to assess feasibility for Chinese characters. We recommend using English abbreviations or names instead. . For additional characters beyond the standard, each character will incur an extra charge of $30. A dedicated listing will be created for your order confirmation. . Pilling from friction during prolonged use is normal. It can be trimmed with scissors or gently ironed on a low heat setting. . Clean any dirt from wool felt designs or text promptly. . Avoid using hot water, vigorous scrubbing, or cleaning agents.
