Please message us to inquire. We accept English embossing for custom orders. The English letters (including uppercase, lowercase, and symbols) are approximately 3-4mm in size. Hot stamping in gold or silver is an additional NT$200. Some items are ready-to-ship and cannot be embossed. If you have any specific requirements, please message us before purchasing to confirm. Leather, like skin, has natural patterns that are not considered defects. ◌ Please note that custom-made items, unless defective, cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment. If the item gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cotton cloth and let it air dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not use a hairdryer or direct sunlight, as this may cause deformation or damage. ◌ Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause tanning marks and discoloration, which is a normal occurrence. ◌ Store your leather goods in a cool, ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight, humidity, and stuffy environments.
