MEDOVE Buckwheat Pure Honey
Using buckwheat nectar as the main ingredient, it presents a rich flavor and dark appearance with a subtle aroma.
This honey has a creamy texture, rich and silky taste, and is a honey with high nutritional value.
It is especially suitable for consumers who love strong flavors and delicate textures!
Instructions for use:
1. When preparing honey, the temperature should not be higher than 70 degrees. Excessive temperature will destroy the original enzymes and nutrients.
2. Honey should be placed in a cool place indoors. If the ambient temperature is too high, it will easily cause the rapid accumulation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) and affect the quality.
3. It is best not to store it in the refrigerator, as it may easily cause honey to crystallize. After opening the honey, the bottle cap should be tightened to prevent moisture from entering and causing fermentation and deterioration.
4. It is not recommended for children under one year old to eat honey, mainly because their intestines are not fully developed, so it is not recommended for safety reasons.
5. Generally, it can be stored for two years and the flavor will still be good, but the color will become darker.
Storage method: Please store in a cool, dry place below 25°C and away from sunlight
Note: Do not consume this product for infants and young children under 12 months old.
Honey itself has a high glucose content, so crystallization is normal.
