This RED TORNADO reproduction of the 60s 24MJZ meticulously recreates the 14oz left-hand twill fabric, featuring a rich, fuzzy texture and a cropped silhouette. Available in two washes: 60s Blue and Original Indigo. Historically, the 24MJZ has seen several reproductions, with the primary distinction lying in the contour of the chest pockets, which appear in either rounded or angled variations. The rounded version is notably rarer. Our team has chosen to reproduce this scarce rounded-pocket variant. The fit mirrors our 11MJ model, featuring a cropped, inverted trapezoid cut. The placket utilizes a single stud button closure combined with a zipper for enhanced ease of wear. The shoulders are designed with accordion pleats and incorporate four internal elastic bands, allowing them to spring back to their original shape even after significant movement. Compared to the 11MJ, this fabric boasts a finer weave and a more pronounced fuzziness, lending it a more vintage aesthetic. The Original Indigo version has undergone a one-wash process, ensuring no further shrinkage. The 60s Blue wash simulates the subtle fading of an original garment. While original pieces often featured exposed internal threads, we've upgraded the interior to conceal these threads and fabric edges, reflecting our meticulous attention to detail in this reproduction.
