Replacing the cord costs NT$100 per strand (you can mail it to me or I can send you a video to replace it yourself~) I've been using mine for over 2 years with no issues with the cord 🥰 However, it depends on individual usage habits. If it does break, it won't scatter because I use multiple strands to tie it. The product itself is resistant to color fading, but it depends on personal habits. If color fading occurs, you can send it back for accessory replacement and re-stringing for approximately NT$200. Accessories are made of alloy. If it gets wet, remember to dry it ✨. In the summer, if you sweat, you can also gently wipe it before storing it in a zip-lock bag. When not wearing it, store it in a zip-lock bag to help extend the color retention of your accessory.
