Unlike PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique markings and natural characteristics from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches acquired during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks unless they are significant injuries. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Furthermore, as leather ages and with different usage habits, it develops personal marks, scratches, deepens in color, and gains a patina over time, gradually revealing a unique character. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather creation uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Please be aware that screen displays can cause color discrepancies. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, depending on storage time. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between repeat orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order via customization. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," in your order notes. If no notes are provided, you agree to the designer selecting the stitching color and leaving the embossing area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others. (The finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed.) Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our "customized products" are not eligible for a 7-day appreciation period and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason (e.g., too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
