We strongly advise against using screenshots, poorly lit, or out-of-focus photos to ensure the best printing results. 2. Submit Your Image: Please send the original file of your chosen photo via chat or to our email. 3. Choose Your Background Color: Select your preferred background color. We especially recommend a dual-tone combination, such as "one side white/light, one side colored," to add depth and texture to your pillow. 4. Personalized Add-ons/Accessories: Please inform us if you wish to add small embellishments (e.g., cute blush, a personalized name tag). If not mentioned before confirming the artwork, the design will be created with the background removed. 5. Revision Limit: To ensure efficient production, we offer one free revision for background color or minor adjustments. Subsequent revisions will incur a fee. 6. Artwork Confirmation: Once the design is complete, we will provide a mock-up for your review. Production will commence only after you confirm your approval. 7. Production Time: Custom orders typically require 10-20 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you have urgent gift needs for special occasions, please communicate with us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. ⚠️ Important Purchase Information 1. No Returns on Custom Orders: All items are custom-made to your personal preferences and are therefore exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period as per consumer protection laws. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, color differences, or size discrepancies, except in cases of significant defects. Cancellation & Change Policy: Once you submit your photo, we begin the production process, and orders cannot be canceled or refunded. During the cutting and sewing process, there may be a natural variation of 3-5cm in the final product size. 5. Photo Copyright: Please ensure you have legal authorization or ownership of the photos you provide. Any copyright disputes involving celebrities, anime characters, etc., are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 6. Production Details: Each pillow is meticulously designed by our team. We carefully retouch images, aiming to preserve hair textures and details, while optimizing colors and shadows for the highest quality visual presentation.
