▌ Experience Overview
Duration: 60 minutes per session (Maximum 24 participants per class)
Eligibility: Ages 6 and up (no prior pottery experience required). Ages 7-12 require adult accompaniment (one accompanying adult attends free of charge).
Course Content: Pottery Handcraft Experience Class
Fee Includes: Professional instruction, one ceramic vessel, use of tools and materials during class, glazing and firing services.
※ Due to the limited time for handcrafting (60 minutes), **it is recommended to have your creative idea planned in advance** to allow more time for detailed work on-site.

※ Completed works will be glazed and fired by us. **Shipping will take approximately 20-60 business days (excluding weekends and delivery time). Minor imperfections such as small bubbles, dark spots, minor scratches, uneven surfaces, or color variations are normal during high-temperature firing and are not considered defects. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these reasons.**
※ Ceramic product dimensions and shapes may vary slightly due to shrinkage during firing.
※ As some ceramic products are handmade, they may not be perfectly flawless. Those with a strong preference for perfection should refrain from purchasing.

[ Rescheduling / Cancellation / Refund Policy ]
➚ As each session has limited capacity, please confirm your chosen time before purchasing. To reschedule, please cancel your current order and place a new one.
- Requests made 20 days or more before the class date (including the class date) will receive a full refund (excluding transaction fees for ATM or virtual account transfers).
- Requests made 10 days or more before the class date (including the class date) will receive a 50% refund (excluding transaction fees for ATM or virtual account transfers).
- Requests made 7 days or less before the class date, up to and including the day of the experience, are not eligible for refunds.
➚ No refunds will be issued for participants who choose to terminate their participation due to personal reasons during the activity.
➚ In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, refunds and rescheduling will be based on the official announcements from the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan. If work or school is suspended in the class location, arrangements will be made according to the postponement or cancellation methods announced on the Anda Kiln official website and Facebook page.
