What exactly is modern dance? What does modern dance teach?
Modern dance is a form of dance that evolved from ballet and was first proposed by Isadora Duncan.
There are no fancy costumes or rigid techniques in ballet. Although it is a more difficult style to understand than ballet, "improvisation" and "no deliberate choreography" are indispensable parts of modern dance.

【Experience Class- Notes】
◆ The Dance Time Art and Culture Space is equipped with water dispensers and lockers. Students are requested to bring their own sweat-wiping towels and water bottles.
◆ Please make sure to wear a "fitting and stretchy" top and pants, and students with long hair please tie up their hair.
◆ Ballet class: If you don’t have special ballet shoes, it is recommended that you wear socks first, or buy them at the classroom counter before class.
◆ Modern courses: No need to wear dance shoes or socks.
◆ Yoga classes: The classroom is equipped with yoga mats, yoga bricks and other props. Students are also welcome to bring their own yoga mats or towels.
◆ Please turn off your cell phone or set it to vibrate during class.
◆ If you have any old injuries or physical discomfort, please be sure to inform the counter staff before class.
◆ Each person is limited to one trial class (enjoying the trial discount price). The original price will be restored for the second (or more) class at Wu Shi Guang.
【Refund and change of reservation date】
◆ If you need to reschedule due to personal reasons, please notify us 2 days before the start of the class. The classroom can help adjust the class date. Failure to do so will be deemed as giving up and no refund will be given.
◆ To cancel a trial course, you must apply 7 days before the course and you will receive a full refund;
Cancellation 3 days before will result in a refund of 200 yuan (200 yuan is the administrative fee);
No refunds will be available if you cancel 1 day before or on the day of your reservation.
◆ If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Izhike Ballet will take the initiative to contact and postpone the event.
