Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the regulations of IARTS Experience Merchants!
1. Admission begins 30 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and are non-refundable.
2. If materials are mistakenly used or damaged due to personal oversight during the session, a replacement fee will be required to continue.
3. Professional photographers may be present to capture candid moments during the experience, which will be uploaded to our Facebook fan page and Instagram "AHM IARTS" brand page after the event. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or promotional purposes. You are welcome to download your event photos.
4. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make arrangements.
5. Completed works can be taken home on the same day.
6. Entry is limited to ticket holders; unregistered individuals may not participate in the experience.
7. One set of materials is provided per person; sharing is not permitted.
8. To maintain the quality of the class, please turn off or silence your mobile phone during the session to avoid disturbing other participants.
9. Please do not remove any property from the IARTS art space.
10. Work aprons are provided at the event. If you are concerned about paint stains on your clothing, we recommend wearing casual, comfortable attire. Avoid wearing valuable clothing during the experience.
11. In support of environmental protection, please bring your own reusable bag for the class.
12. Participants who do not attend without prior leave will not be eligible for a full refund.
13. Cancellations are not accepted, and refunds will not be issued for bookings made 30 days prior to or on the day of the reservation.
14. Date changes are permitted up to 30 days before the reservation (excluding the travel date). However, changes are limited to one instance and only for events hosted by the same organizer. Rescheduled events are not eligible for cancellation.
15. In the event of refunds or cancellations, IARTS will handle all invoice adjustments.
16. IARTS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this event.
17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or typhoons preventing the event from proceeding, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course. We will contact you proactively to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
