*If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price will be charged. All expenses incurred. Since the designer must prepare the materials ten days before the event, we will not accept cancellations within ten days from the day before the event, but you can find someone to go on your behalf.
*Limited quota. To protect the rights of applicants, priority will be given to applicants who have completed remittance and reconciliation.
*If the number of applicants for a session does not reach 3 two days before the event starts, the Design Center has the right to cancel the event and notify the participants to change the event session or refund.
*If classes are suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, the Design Management will proactively contact you to provide a full refund or postponement of classes. In the event of a typhoon, the class opening and refund standards will be based on the suspension standards announced by the event venue, regardless of the location of the participants.
*Environmentally friendly, no packaging bags are provided on site, please bring your own bags
*Only ticket holders can participate. Please do not bring companions.
*Entrance will be open 10 minutes before the event. In order for the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter and no refund will be given.
*Please abide by the venue rules and follow the on-site instructor's instructions. If you violate the rules and cause any damage, you will be responsible for it yourself.
*If the participation in the activity is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the Design Center, no refund will be given.
*The experience activity will be filmed by the organizer as needed and uploaded to the Pinpin Academy community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and videos containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
