Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced items, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus preventing allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still experience allergies after wearing them? A: If allergies persist after wearing, they may be due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual physiology (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that may easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). Ear allergies can stem from various causes, and the earring post material is rarely the sole factor. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for clarity on the specific cause, which will also protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions. Are they truly made of paper, or acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current technology does not allow for such intricate designs in acrylic. These are entirely handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic splash resistance for everyday use (e.g., humidity, light rain, or sweat), but we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take for my order to ship after purchase? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays (No shipping; we participate in local markets) As we primarily operate through market stalls and events, and postal services do not deliver on weekends, all shipments are processed between Monday and Friday.
