Q: When is the recommended delivery date? A: Cakes are delivered frozen. We recommend delivery one or two days before the celebration. Thaw in the refrigerator the day before the celebration. Q: Can I pick up at a convenience store? A: We currently do not offer convenience store pickup or cash on delivery. All orders are shipped via Black Cat's low-temperature frozen home delivery service. Q: What kind of pet photo is required? A: Please provide a photo that clearly shows your pet's face and ears for the best results! 【Ordering Information】 · We recommend ordering cakes 10-15 days in advance. If you are unable to meet this timeframe, please message us to inquire about availability for your desired celebration date. · Cakes are delivered frozen and require thawing time. Please schedule delivery for one or two days before the celebration, not on the celebration day itself. · Orders for additional fondant toppers are updated daily based on monthly order volume. You can place an order within the available delivery dates. · As these are custom-made cakes, production begins only after payment is confirmed. Cakes piped with sweet potato will not have options for writing, specific color palettes, or styles; they will be in the natural sweet potato color. 【Main Cake Body Ingredients】 · 〈For Dogs〉: Meat + Broccoli + Carrot + Chia Seeds · 〈For Cats〉: Meat + Crushed Dried Fish + Chia Seeds · If there are no allergens, both dog and cat cakes can be enjoyed by all pets. · The meat filling will be packed into the mold to achieve the specified portion size. The amount of moisture lost during baking can vary with each batch. The 【Size & Serving Guide】 is for reference only. 【Color Palettes and Styles】 · Piping colors are achieved using natural fruit and vegetable powders. · When ordering, please specify your desired style and color palette in the remarks section (if no remarks are made, we will create a random combination). Cookie pairings are random. · Due to varying sensitivities to color tones among designers, only color palettes are provided. The depth of color within each palette will be determined by the designer. 【Thawing Instructions】 · We recommend thawing in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before your celebration. If still frozen, thaw at room temperature or gently microwave on low heat. Consume within 2-3 days. · Full room temperature thawing takes approximately 1-2 hours. Some water may appear during thawing, which is normal. · For fully frosted cakes, a protective bubble wrap border will be applied around the cake during shipping. Please remove this border while the cake is still frozen to prevent sticking. · When refrigerating or freezing, keep the cake inside its box to prevent the cake surface from drying out due to direct exposure to cold air, which can cause severe cracking. 【Shelf Life】 · When received frozen, cakes can be stored in the freezer for 15-20 days, or in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. 【About Fondant Toppers】 · Fondant toppers can only be purchased as an add-on when buying a cake; they are not sold separately. · Toppers are customized based on your pet's appearance and fur color, in a cute, chibi style. · Fondant is made from a large amount of sugar and is not recommended for pet consumption. · Upon receipt, allow toppers to warm to room temperature.
