Floral Materials and Design The natural beauty of fresh flowers means each arrangement is unique; your received gift may differ slightly from the photograph. Phalaenopsis orchids typically bloom for about a month, though this can vary by specific variety. Proper care according to your environment will help extend their life. As fresh flowers and plants are perishable, minor imperfections, scratches, or damage may occur during preparation and delivery. Such slight blemishes are considered within acceptable range. In the event that a specific flower color or variety is unavailable, we will substitute with a similar variety to maintain the integrity and aesthetic of the design, without prior notification. Card and Care Guide We offer a card printing service. Please provide your message at checkout, and our professionals will handle the typesetting and design. A care instruction card will be included with your order, so you need not worry about how to maintain your flowers. For more detailed information, please refer to the "Product Care Instructions." Delivery Methods For areas near Shuan-bei: Delivery will be made on the same day via Lalamove courier or by our staff. For farther areas within Shuan-bei and other counties/cities: Delivery will be made the day before the scheduled date via HCT (Home Chun-hsing Transportation). Sunday and Monday deliveries cannot be specified, and will be arranged based on the driver's route. We recommend scheduling delivery for an earlier date. Accuracy of Recipient Information Please ensure the recipient's name and phone number are accurate, and that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or inability to make contact.
