＊The electronic invoice issued by the Design Museum will be deposited into the Giveme electronic invoice system. If the invoice is awarded, Toys and Flowers will proactively notify you and send you the winning invoice.
＊Designers will pack them properly before shipment. There will be collisions during logistics and transportation, and fragile flowers will inevitably have some falling off.
This is a normal phenomenon, please accept and forgive us.
＊Flowers are all handmade. In order to maintain quality and order production, please ask first if you need it urgently to avoid delaying your important day!

＊Keep dry and avoid moisture and direct sunlight. It is suitable to be placed in an air-conditioned room or an environment with a humidity between 20-65 degrees.
＊Eternal flowers and immortal flowers are flowers that have been treated with special techniques and can retain their color like fresh flowers for 2-3 years.
*Dried flowers are fresh flowers that are naturally air-dried and can be kept for about half a year to a year. Over time, they will gradually fade back to their normal state.
＊If there is dust, use a soft brush or brush and wipe it gently.
