First, prepare a cloth tape measure (or a thin string or shoelace if a tape measure is unavailable). Wrap the tape measure around your wrist snugly but comfortably, without overtightening. The length measured is your wrist size. ※ Crystal Care Instructions? General exposure to water during daily activities is acceptable. However, it is not recommended to wear the bracelet while showering or swimming. Please also avoid contact with chemicals; prolonged exposure to detergents or chemical agents can damage the crystals and diminish their luster.
