* 925 sterling silver earrings and 925 sterling silver rings do not come with a jewelry gift box. If you require packaging, please place a separate order for a gift box.
* Dimensions may vary slightly due to different measurement methods; an error margin of 0.5-1cm is considered normal.
* Gold jewelry is Solid Gold (K SG).
* All products can be customized. If you wish to order different lengths or styles in 18K, 14K, 9K, or 925 sterling silver, please feel free to contact us.
|Order & Shipping|
* All items are handcrafted. After order confirmation and payment, production and shipping typically take 10-14 business days (excluding special custom orders). If you have an urgent need, please contact us to inquire.
* In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or accidents that may cause delivery delays, we will issue a notification. We appreciate your understanding.
* Shipments are handled by logistics partners for delivery services and convenience stores. The actual arrival time depends on the courier's delivery route and conditions, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
* An invoice is issued for all orders. If you require a unified invoice number (統編), please be sure to note it in your order.
|After-Sales Service|
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and lifetime basic cleaning and maintenance. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human-induced damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Custom orders, gemstone loss, and damage due to clear human factors are not covered by the warranty. Repairs for such cases will incur a fee based on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards will not be reissued; please keep them safe.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for products without a warranty card or for items not purchased from HYGGE ADORN.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service are to be borne by the customer.
* For all after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning, repair of breakage, gemstone reattachment), please include the product warranty card. A record of after-sales service history will be documented on the warranty card. Please contact us to request after-sales service.
|Product Description|
* All products undergo professional quality control checks before shipment. If you receive a defective item, please keep the product intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color Difference: Product colors may vary due to different display devices and settings. Please refer to the actual product color upon receipt.
# Dimensions: Dimensions may vary slightly due to different measurement methods; an error margin of 0.5-1cm is considered normal.
# Solder Joints: While crafted with precision by artisans, handmade items may exhibit minor solder joints, such as at the junction of earring posts and decorative elements, or necklace connectors. Slight unevenness at these welding points is normal.
# Gemstones: All gemstones used are natural, meaning each possesses unique internal inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, or cotton-like inclusions within gemstones are normal.
# Pearls: All pearls used are natural and unique. While efforts are made to select pearls with consistent luster, each pearl will have its own distinct characteristics.
|Return Policy|
* All products (excluding custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, commencing from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please inspect the product contents immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# Item not returned in its original packaging box and shipping carton.
# Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoice. This includes paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, gift boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, and any accessories that arrived with the item (e.g., earring backs).
# Signs of prolonged wear and tear or dirt from non-normal try-ons.
# Unauthorized alterations to the product, such as engraving or modifications to size or chain length.
# Promotional gifts not returned.
# Human-induced damage to the product upon return.
# Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* As per court rulings, custom orders made according to the consumer's request are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount remains above the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please confirm all product details before initiating a return.
* If a return results in the original order no longer qualifying for a promotional discount, the discount amount will be deducted from your refund.
* If you return items without a specific reason more than three times within a year, HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to blacklist you for six months.

Please be advised that HYGGE ADORN will not proactively contact you by phone to request personal financial account or credit card information. We will also not contact you by phone to ask you to operate online banking payments or ATM transfers.
