・ After checking in at the store and confirming your style, if you wish to change your style (only available for styles with materials in stock), you can make up the price difference. No refunds are given for exchanges to lower-priced styles.
・ Only registered participants are guaranteed a spot. If you have a companion, depending on the available space in the classroom that day, accompanying individuals may be allowed, but they will not be able to participate in the experience.
・ Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. To ensure ample practice time during the experience, please avoid being late.
・ During the instruction, the teacher will demonstrate once, and students will practice with provided materials before working with the official materials. If a finished product has irreparable defects due to personal error, additional materials will need to be repurchased.
・ Silver ring classes typically last 2-3 hours (duration varies depending on the complexity of the style). After the class, the teacher will fine-tune and polish the finished piece, which takes approximately 2 hours (you can explore the nearby area and return to pick up your item). If you require same-day pickup, the latest appointment slot is 3:30 PM. If you do not need same-day pickup, you can book an evening slot, and the finished product can be mailed to you (free shipping) or picked up later (saving you the 1.5-2 hour wait).
"Metalworking Handcraft Class" is a formal introductory course to metalworking. It is taught by a professional metalworking instructor with one-on-one demonstrations. A wider range of tools are used, so participants must be in high school or above and able to strictly follow the instructor's teaching methods to ensure safety during the class.
・ You must strictly adhere to the teacher's instructions for the safe operation of tools and equipment. Students must wear safety glasses, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during the class. Failure to comply may result in the teacher stopping the class, and the individual failing to use equipment safely will be responsible for any hazardous consequences.
・ If the scheduled class day encounters a typhoon or other natural disaster, the class will be postponed according to the government regulations of the city where the store is located, and a new date will be scheduled.
・ The company reserves the right to change course details. If a store event needs to be canceled for any reason, prior notice will be given to coordinate a change of class date.
