If you need an item urgently, we recommend considering our ready-to-ship products. As natural flowers and foliage vary, and occasional stock issues may arise, we will substitute with the most suitable alternative botanicals during the creation process. Images are for reference only and the final product may not be 100% identical. (We will communicate with you to confirm main floral choices before finalizing your order.) **Important Notes** ❄ Preserved and dried botanicals are delicate by nature. Minor shedding during shipping is a normal occurrence. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor display differences. ❄ In line with our commitment to environmental sustainability, we primarily use recycled packaging materials. If you require a new shipping box, it can be purchased separately. ❄ Each floral gift includes a gift bag. Gift boxes are available for an additional charge; please message us to inquire. ❄ We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than significant product defects. ❄ Please ensure you record the entire unboxing process. If the item arrives damaged, kindly notify us with the unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery so we can assist you further. ❄ If the purchaser and recipient differ, please provide the purchaser's information and confirm with the recipient beforehand to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you. **Floral Care Instructions** ❄ Avoid direct sunlight and watering. If the environment is too humid, consider using a dehumidifier. ❄ The colors of natural botanicals will gradually fade over time and with changes in humidity, which is a natural process. ❄ To remove dust, gently brush with a soft-bristled brush or use a hairdryer on a low, cool setting. ❄ For sola wood flowers, you may add 1-2 drops of essential oil to the back for an aromatic experience.
