． Exquisite packaging is not provided, small cards can be provided, please note in the order first
． If the flower gift you receive is damaged, please contact us immediately for after-sales service and any assistance.

． Please place dried flowers in a dry and ventilated environment and avoid direct sunlight.
． Avoid placing dried flowers in a damp and dark place, which may cause mold to form.
． If dust is generated due to long-term storage, just use a small brush to gently brush off the dust.
． Dried flowers can be stored for more than a year if well preserved. It is normal for them to fade naturally over time.
