Italian Brown Marble Jewellery Box

Firenze is the familiar Renaissance capital of Florence, Xu Zhimo translates the place name as the "cold jade", and this marble box is made here. Vaguely visible to the label on the back has the words "Porcellane Ceramiche Argenterie", literally translated as silver ceramics, it is really heavy, very textured. Both the top and bottom are made with marble of natural texture, and the middle is a silver frame.
