The tea-making process requires precise control of time, temperature, and methods to extract the finest flavors and aromas. Similarly, paper-cutting artists meticulously shape paper, handling every detail with precision to create exquisite works.

**Traditional Eastern Scenting Craftsmanship - Fragrance Without Visible Flowers**
"Scenting" is a tea-making craft that infuses natural floral fragrances into tea leaves. Flowers and tea interweave and layer, allowing the tea leaves to absorb the floral aromas over time, ultimately creating a uniquely flavored delicacy. Western floral teas, on the other hand, use blending techniques, combining all ingredients for brewing.
The scenting process involves mixing tea leaves with freshly picked flowers. Through capillary action, the tea leaves absorb the floral scents. The Ming Dynasty text "Chá Pǔ" (Tea Manual) records that any fragrant flower could be used for scenting. When flowers are in full bloom, a bamboo basket lined with paper is divided into two layers. Tea is placed in the upper layer and flowers in the lower. This process is repeated several times, imbuing the tea leaves with the floral aroma. After completion, the flowers are removed, leaving only the tea leaves, thus creating floral tea.
