Original wooden chess set handmade in a USSR prison. Complete set with folding board. The chess set is unique, the wooden board and figures are handmade by an unknown master, imprisoned in a USSR prison. The only copy. The black and white squares of the chessboard are made by combining wood veneer of different colors, very high quality. One side of the board has minor damage due to long-term storage, also on one of the white pawns the shield is broken. The figures are in excellent condition. The chess set is new, not used.
