We suggest using a diluted neutral detergent with a brush for gentle cleaning, wiping off foam with a damp cloth, and air-drying. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoe boxes. Slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging materials are for protection, and minor dents or creases from logistics handling are unavoidable. Damaged packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. 8. For bags with randomized floral or printed fabrics, the pattern distribution will vary for each item. Ordering signifies your understanding of this. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings. The actual product color is the final standard. Due to the handmade nature, there may be a 1-3 cm variation within the internationally accepted tolerance for manual measurements. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed and include packaging (boxes, bags, or cards with authorization marks or official logos). Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. 【Returns & Exchanges Policy】 1. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (outer bag + outer box), including all accessories and attached tags. 2.
