Mug dimensions are H 98mm, Diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and air bubbles along the curved edges are unavoidable during the mug's firing process. These are considered normal and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. ● When washing, please avoid using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and remove the surface coating. Coaster Care Instructions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Imperfections like small specks or indentations are normal occurrences during this process. ● Coasters may have minor surface scratches or dust. The quality of unglazed blanks can vary by approximately 10% per batch. Ink absorption in the porous ceramic varies, especially with pink or dark backgrounds, which may result in uneven color blocks or cloudy spots. These conditions are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before placing an order. ● Each set of coasters comes with a gift box. The non-slip pads are applied by hand and may occasionally be slightly off-center. Product images are composite mockups for reference only. Actual product colors and proportions may vary slightly; the final product is the standard. This is a custom-made product. Production time is 7-10 days (excluding weekends) starting from the day after payment is completed. As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. All products in our store are custom-made. Production begins only after payment is completed. Once production starts, modifications, returns, or exchanges are not possible.
