If the wrapping paper, vases, ribbons and other accessories in the photos are out of stock, please allow us to replace them with containers or accessories of appropriate value. 8. We make every product carefully. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please take a photo and contact us so that we can help you as soon as possible. 9. After removing the packaging, please insert the flower into a vase of appropriate size indoors and fill it with water to about 70%. Remove the leaves in the water to prevent rotting. It is recommended to trim the flower stalks and replace the water every day. Place it in a ventilated place without direct sunlight. It can be stored for about 5 to 7 days. 10. All products are available with customized service. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs. 11. Fresh products are not subject to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act.
