Little Egret Toddler Clothes Rack 75 cm

This 75cm height is just right for young children to reach and hang items themselves. It is suitable for children under 90cm tall. It was not originally designed for children. The first 75cm rack was created for a pet to hang leashes and accessories. The height of the crossbar is approximately at the level of her shoulders. The three coat hooks on the rack are optional accessories. ■ Two wooden panels gripping a round rod to eliminate lateral wobbling Our earliest approach was intuitive: pair the legs, join them with groove tenons, and connect both sides with a crossbar. However, the result was not ideal. The A-frame legs joined with groove tenons could not stably maintain the spread angle, requiring additional wooden dowels for alignment. Furthermore, even if the crossbar connecting the sides was tightened, it would eventually loosen after a period of use. Later, the designer conceived the clamp-style fixation, which perfectly solved these issues. We mill the middle crossbar into a round rod, cut semi-circular grooves into the contact points of each leg, and then use the semi-circular grooves to bite onto the round crossbar. A through-bolt then pierces through all three components to secure them firmly. A square crossbar was screwed directly onto the A-frame from both ends without grooved joints; no matter how tight it was, it would eventually loosen. https://9housedesign.com/zh/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2026/07/DSC_5804-1024x684.jpg The crossbar ends are round, and two leg panels clamp it from the front and back. The screw provides the tension, while the semi-circular groove effectively blocks side-to-side and front-to-back movement. ■ No hardware embedded into the wood Because two matching bolts lock directly against each other, there is no need to embed any hardware into the wood. This eliminates reliance on the wood's tension to secure the hardware, ensuring that even under strong tightening, the wood components remain undamaged. While this may not be apparent at the time of purchase, you will notice the difference over time: even if the bolt threads wear out, you can simply replace the screws without affecting the legs or the round crossbar. We maintain strict standards across three areas: materials, glue, and paint. **First: Material** The grading table above refers to engineered wood: scraps and wood chips bonded by glue, which necessitates formaldehyde control. Jiuwo uses natural solid wood, which does not require added formaldehyde and therefore has no grade to assign. **Second: Glue** Raw wood boards are typically only 10 to 20+ cm wide; creating large boards or joining wood pieces requires glue. We use water-based wood glue and do not use formaldehyde-based resins. **Third: Paint** The water-based wood lacquer was tested for formaldehyde by the SGS Chemical Laboratory in Kaohsiung and found to be below the detection limit of 0.1 mg/L (the F1 threshold is 0.3).
