Slight color variations may occur between batches, and natural markings such as minor scratches, wrinkles, or texture variations are inherent to genuine leather and are considered normal. Perfection is rare, even for cows. The handmade process may leave subtle traces and minor variations, which contribute to the unique warmth and character of handcrafted items. These are not considered quality issues. Please consider this carefully before placing your order. To maintain the leather and hardware, avoid using alcohol or chemical solvents for cleaning, as they can cause leather discoloration and damage the protective plating on the hardware. Color variations are unavoidable due to differences in shooting environments, lighting, computer monitors, or mobile displays. All products are subject to the actual item received. We appreciate your understanding. Customized items such as hot-stamped text are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items fall under a special category and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period regulations. ◾️ Leather Care If the leather gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cloth and paper towel, then let it air dry in a cool place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause the leather to age and fade. Avoid storing in high-humidity environments for extended periods, as this can lead to mold growth on the leather surface. When not in use for a long time, store it in a dust bag. For general maintenance, gently wipe the leather with a dry cloth to remove surface dust, then apply a thin layer of leather conditioner.
