We recommend dry cleaning or hand washing separately (do not soak). If machine washing, please place the garment in a laundry bag before washing. Air dry naturally after washing. We advise washing dark and light colors separately, and do not use bleach. Wrinkles are normal for natural linen after washing. Gently smooth the garment after washing and air dry. Then, iron at high temperature to restore its smoothness. About Comme forêt: We started with a focus on natural and fresh style clothing. All original designs, pattern making, and sample revisions are done in-house using two home sewing machines. Occasionally, we collaborate with a skilled seamstress auntie for production. We produce in very small batches locally in Taipei, hoping to revive the beauty of small-batch handmade clothing. We design comfortable and elegant garments, just as we would make clothes for ourselves, family, or friends – we only create pieces we would want to wear ourselves.
