Packaging * In support of environmental sustainability, our studio uses simple paper packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 8. Return Policy * For non-customized items, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused. * Customized items, including those with embossed text, are not eligible for return. * Returns based on color preference will not be accepted if the color was not specified prior to purchase. * Refunds requested *before* shipment will be processed in full. * For refunds requested *after* shipment, domestic orders will incur a 60 NTD shipping fee. The refund amount will be the total order value minus 60 NTD. This does not apply to free shipping orders or international orders. 9. Care Instructions * If the item gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, do not use a hairdryer, do not seal it in a confined space, and keep it away from humid environments like kitchens or bathrooms. * Apply leather care oil every six months. Test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility with the leather before applying to the entire piece. 10. Important Notes * Slight variations in stitching and dimensions are to be expected due to the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects. * Our studio treats the edges of the leather with a clear sealant to maintain the natural color and prevent fading over time. * Natural variations such as grain patterns, wrinkles, spots, scars, or markings are incorporated into the design to make each piece unique and are not considered defects. If you wish to avoid these characteristics, please indicate this in the order notes. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee complete avoidance. * Minor shedding of leather fibers from the reverse side due to friction is a natural occurrence and not a defect. * Water stains on leather are normal and will disappear when the item is air-dried in a ventilated area. * The leather's color will deepen over time with regular use, reflecting your personal habits. * Actual product colors may vary slightly from photographs due to differences in device displays, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions. 11.
